My role
- Led a team of three engineers on the CEA workstream.
- Designed and validated the Bluetooth communication flow between the head unit and the phone app.
- Integrated cybersecurity mechanisms so data exchanged between the infotainment and IVI modules stays protected.
- Coordinated with cross-functional teams to meet OEM standards.
What it taught me (and why it matters for AI)
Shipping software into a car means strict constraints, real-time behaviour and zero tolerance for flaky systems. I now bring that discipline to AI: reproducible pipelines, measurable results and models that respect their hardware.
